A. No. You can download templates for free without registering an account.

Q. I want to submit a design template, do I need a registered account?
A. Yes, you need a registered account to submit designs.
Q. How long before a submitted design gets approved?
A. Designs will usually be approved on a daily basis and/or as they become available via submissions.

Q: Why can’t I comment or post on the GFWD Forum?
A: You need to register an account if you want to comment or start new forum topics.
Please note that guest visitors and users can only read the forum.

Account Registration
Q. I registered an account and I have not received my confirmation email with my temporary password. When will I receive it?
A. Confirmation emails are sent almost immediately after you register your username and email address with Get Free Web Designs.
Depending on your email provider, check your spam folder. All registration confirmation emails will have the subject line “[GetFreeWebDesigns.com] Your username and password” and come from an @getfreewebdesigns.com email address.
If you’re still having trouble receiving your confirmation email, contact us directly with your username and email address that you signed up with and we can check into it for you.
General FAQ’s
Q. The design download counter isn’t updating. Is something wrong?
A. We have caching on the site. Downloads are always counted and when the cache updates, the download count display will also update.
Q. What sort of design template statistics does GFWD have?
A. View our Top 10 statistics page for more information.
Q. How do I know what’s new around the site or with the GFWD community?
A. Be sure to watch our design blog or the discussion forums.
