I've been super-lazy about redoing my site design, but I know I'd be motivated if there was anyone around here who's game to join me in a "reboot" for our respective sites.

So, any takers? Bakie

I would be interested… My site ( http://ramblingwood.com ) could use some upgrades…

I hope I actually do it Bakie!

Actually I'm working on a redesign for my site right now. Currently (http://www.onedesigns.ro/) it looks pretty dull and doesn't represent me with nothing.

The plan it to give it more color and a more personal feel. I'll show a mockup when it's ready Bakie

Sure, I definitely need a kick up the derriere, I still have a Flash site as portfolio which is ancient and in major need of an update. I keep on finding other things to do….

I'm game for an update, although I don't want to redesign from scratch, just evolve from my current state.

Mine is partially done ( http://jason-cole.com ). I want to add more dark elements, possibly by re-vamping the way I display templates. Any ideas?

I like your header Jason.  How did you do the letters like that?

It looks like he used the letters as a clipping mask in Photoshop.

@Jason: One thing I noticed… your 'JC' image creeps up and blocks out some of the gradient at the top. Transparent image background, perhaps?
