Go ahead and submit it. Right now we don't have a size limit per se on design submissions. I mean, don't submit a 5 MB template, but a 1 MB zipped template should be ok. We can play it by ear and see what we get from other people, but so far out of 690+ designs, not too many are even close to 1 MB.
