I've got some home movies that were transferred to DVD a few years ago and I would like to import them into my computer and then do some editing, make some nicer menu and chapter selection screens and also move some of the content around, then put it on a new DVD.
If anyone can recommend an open source program to do this, let me know in the comments.
Thank you in advance.

I purchased a product Movavi Video Suite online last year, and it was pretty good, although not open source. I wonder if Windows Movie Maker can edit DVD?

@coollew: Thanks for the link. I'll check it out.
@NickyD: I'll check out the Movav Video Suite too.
As for Windows Movie Maker being able to edit DVD's, I've poked around with it, but honestly I want more features and editing ability then what Movie Maker offers.

Movavi may allow you to download and try it for 30 days.
Sean, look for a program called Avidemux. I think it is open source, but not sure if it can edit DVD.
