I'm looking for someone to assist me in working on a few WordPress related projects.

This would be paid work on a "per project" basis and depending on how these projects go, it could turn into a more regular paid working relationship.

So what exactly do I need?

I'm needing someone who is good with developing WordPress plugins. That is number 1 on my list.

As a secondary need, I'm looking for someone who knows how to convert design templates into WordPress themes, not just a standard conversion, but someone who knows about widgets, plugins and cross browser compliancy.

The person needs to be current on all things WordPress, especially version 2.9.2 and the upcoming WordPress 3.0.

Some specifics, you need to know how to work with and develop WordPress widgets, plugins, RSS feeds, bug testing, trouble shooting, documentation, etc.

On the communication front, you need to speak and write in fluent English and use some sort of online communication software, example Skype, AIM or MSN Messenger.

As for payment, you must have the ability to accept PayPal in US Funds. If you're located in the US, bank wire transfers could be an option too.
