A friend of mine is working on a project to archive oral knowledge (audio/audi-visual media) and create an accessible, user-friendly database. It needs to be:
1. Web-based
2. Have different access levels
3. Searchable.
As of now he's still looking for inputs as to the feasibility of the project, whether such a software already exists, and so on. If anyone out here is interested, I can put you in touch. Write to me at jan_payal at Yahoo.co.uk or reply here. There's a tight deadline, but also might be an opportunity to earn good money.
